Modern Koan: 3rd Movement
1. Choose one object from what's behind you, and stare at it
2. Say the name of the thing you are staring at, and ask yourself the question "How would I call this if I couldn't use this name?"
3. If another name comes to mind, again ask "How would I call this if I couldn't use this name?"
4. Repeat 1 〜 3 until no single name comes up anymore
5. Look at what you chose again, and ask "What is this?"
6. If a name comes up, repeat 2 〜 5 again.
